I had been lifting weights and running for several years on my own. However, as I got older, I became weaker and slower. Andrew was able to assess my weak points and make a workout plan that would resolve the problems. I have tried personal trainers in the past and they didn't offer much benefit. Andrew actually took the time to look at what I was doing and how I was performing the movements so he could address my issues. You won't be getting some nonsense AI generated diet plan and cookie-cutter program with him. He is invested in his clients and helping them reach their goals. Give him a month and I think you'll see the progress you're looking for.
